    　　现年已过而立之年的方硕，自2008-2009赛季代表北京首钢初登CBA赛场以来，已身披北京战袍近二十载。他见证了球队三次夺得CBA总冠军的辉煌历程，从一名年轻后卫逐渐成长为球队后场核心，并在2019-2020赛季荣膺CBA最佳第六人奖项。
