三 | ”林婉茵也坦言，自己不擅长剪辑转场，外包制作成本太高，自己摸索常常熬夜，做出来的宣传物料却依然平平，线上客流始终不见起色。这样的困境，每位参加成长营的学员都有同感。在上城，一间间“小而美”的青春小店、一个个热闹鲜活的市集，既是街巷烟火气的源泉，也是青年创业梦的载体；但绝大多数个体店主都是“单打独斗”，人手有限，数字化宣传和品牌包装成了横在眼前的共同难题。捕捉到这些真实痛点，上城团区委联合未来数智港、浙江传媒学院培训中心，依托深受年轻人喜爱的青年夜校模式，打造了这场AI实训营，将AIGC实用技能直接送到创业者身边。

四 | 三方分工明确、协同发力：团区委牵头统筹，链接青年店主资源；未来数智港提供数字化教室与配套硬件，开放产业资源；浙江传媒学院培训中心则发挥专业优势，派出具有丰富AI实操经验的专属讲师。开营第一课上，AIGC讲师岳松带来《AI认知与人机沟通》。他分享说，AI不会替代懂行业的人，但会极大放大懂行业的人的能力——前提是学会把“高级”“好看”这类模糊形容词“翻译”成具体细节。田静听得很认真，一边记笔记一边在电脑上尝试操作。一堂课下来，她发现原来AI门槛没那么高，只要一步步拆解需求，便生成了贴合店铺风格的文案和配图建议。

五 | “夜校的上课时间特意选在傍晚，精准贴合店主经营作息，不耽误白天营业。”上城团区委相关负责人介绍，本次成长营以数字AI工具运用为核心，目标很明确：用低成本、易上手的AI工具，帮个体创业者独立搞定品牌包装、内容宣传，切实降低小微创业的数字化门槛，让他们从“单打独斗”变身数智“超级个体”。AI夜校是上城区青年发展型城区建设、升级青年夜校服务的一次创新尝试，后续将根据学员的经营反馈持续优化课程安排，希望这盏夜间教室的灯光，点亮小微创业者的梦想。
